LAURA TRESIDDER - CHIROPRACTOR
I have always had a keen the human body and enjoyed helping people. I always knew I'd end up in a caring profession, But after struggling with low back pain during my second pregnancy, and seeing the benefits of Chiropractic myself. I knew this was the profession for me.
I graduated from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic with a Master of Chiropractic degree in 2016. Following this I worked in clinics around South Wales, I have volunteered at charity sports events, and have been a guest speaker at a local college, helping students to learn about postural assessment and neurological testing. After working for others for a few years, and gaining a variety of experience, I decided to set up my own clinic in Nantgarw in 2019.
Over the years I have completed extra training in order to become more skilled in the treatment of women during pregnancy. I also hold qualifications in Myofascial dry needling (medical acupuncture), Myofascial cupping therapy, and have completed training in other soft tissue release techniques.
My aim is to provide people in the local community with an honest, evidence based approach to treating musculoskeletal conditions. I make a bespoke plan with each client, as I know not everyone needs the same care. I treat adults of a variety of ages, the oldest so far being 96! - it's never too late to get Chiropractic treatment to help keep you active.
I would describe myself as reliable, caring, friendly and approachable. I truly care about my clients and I aim to provide the best care possible every time. The best part of my job is seeing people who were once in so much pain, or feeling low because they were unable to do the activities they once loved, get better and get out there and enjoy life again!
If your unsure if treatment is for you, give me a call, I'm more than happy to have a chat with you, and see if I think Chiropractic care could help you.
