LAURA TRESIDDER - CHIROPRACTOR

I have always had a keen interest in science and the human body.  I decided to train to be a Chiropractor after seeing the benefits of treatment for myself after struggling with low back pain during my second pregnancy.

I graduated from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic with a Master of Chiropractic degree. Following this I have worked in clinics in Bargoed, Newport and Aberdare. I have also participated in charity events, most recently, I provided pitch side treatment to players on the 'Hockey for Heroes' tour when they came to South Wales in 2017.

I have completed extra training in order to become more skilled in the treatment of women during pregnancy, as this is a keen interest of mine. I also hold qualifications in Myofascial dry needling (medical acupuncture) and offer a range of soft tissue work including instrument assisted soft tissue mobilisation (IASTM). Recently I was invited to be a guest speaker at a local college, helping students to learn about postural assessment and neurological testing.

I would describe myself as friendly and approachable. The best part about my job is seeing people who were once in so much pain, or feeling that they cant do activities they once loved, get out there and enjoy life again!

If your unsure if treatment is for you, give me a call, I'm more than happy to have a chat with you, and see if I think Chiropractic care could help you.
